These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and beejee. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any part of our platform. By accessing beejee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
18+ Age Requirement
beejee is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. We enforce mandatory age verification at registration and before processing any withdrawal. Underage use results in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one registered account on beejee. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed at beejee's discretion, with associated bonuses forfeited. This applies regardless of device or payment method used.
BDT Wallet & Payments
All transactions on beejee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment instruments used must be registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
Bonus Fair Use
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must not be used to circumvent terms. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including multi-account exploitation or prohibited game play — results in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. beejee will never ask for your password via email or support chat. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in advance.

01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the beejee platform, including the website at beejee.net, all associated mobile-optimised pages, games, sports betting markets, payment services, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and beejee (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of beejee's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the beejee Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
beejee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on file. However, it is your responsibility to check this page regularly. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are written in English and governed by English as the operative language. Any translation provided for convenience does not carry legal weight. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version prevails.
02 Eligibility and Age Restriction
Use of the beejee Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and use the Platform if you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
- You are at least 18 years of age. beejee operates a strict 18+ only policy with no exceptions. Players under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or withdrawing on beejee under any circumstances.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as a representative, agent, or trustee of a third party.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with beejee or any associated gambling operator.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or director of beejee or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person, without the prior written consent of beejee's management.
- You have not previously had a beejee account terminated for breach of these Terms.
Age Verification
beejee collects your date of birth at the point of registration and employs internal checks to verify age eligibility. Prior to processing a player's first withdrawal, a one-time Know Your Customer (KYC) identity check is required. Acceptable documents for KYC verification include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport. Players who cannot provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the time period specified by beejee will have their withdrawal request suspended and their account restricted until documentation is provided.
Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. If beejee determines at any point — through KYC review, third-party data, or other means — that a player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned to the original payment source, and all winnings and bonuses will be forfeited. We may report suspected underage use to relevant authorities where required by law.
beejee supports parental controls and urges parents and guardians to use website filtering tools if there is any risk that a minor may access a device on which the Platform is accessible. If you believe a minor has registered an account on beejee, contact us immediately at [email protected].
03 Account Registration and Security
To access the full functionality of the beejee Platform — including depositing, playing games, placing sports bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must ensure this information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
- Each individual may hold only one (1) beejee account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- Account registration must be completed by the individual who will use the account. Registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
- You must provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, as this may be used for OTP two-factor authentication and account security verification.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. beejee will never contact you by any channel to request your password — any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
You agree to notify beejee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, if your login credentials have been compromised, or if you notice any transaction on your account that you did not authorise. beejee will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, or from your failure to notify us promptly upon discovering a security breach.
Security recommendation: Use a unique, strong password for your beejee account — one that is not shared with any other service. Enable OTP verification for your account where available. Do not access your beejee account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
Account Maintenance
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as disclosed in the fee schedule, which will be deducted from the available balance. If a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected].
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the beejee Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). beejee does not apply foreign exchange conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly and reflected in your beejee wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited. beejee does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their standard transaction charges.
All payment instruments used for depositing must be registered in your own name. Depositing via a payment account belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited. beejee reserves the right to require documentary evidence that you are the authorised holder of any payment instrument used on the Platform before processing withdrawals.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC identity verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Section 5). Withdrawals of real-money deposits that have not been wagered are subject to a review period of up to 24 hours. beejee reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
Withdrawal policy: Funds can only be withdrawn to the same payment method and same account name used for the original deposit, subject to applicable method limits. beejee does not process withdrawal requests to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Failed and Reversed Transactions
If a deposit fails due to a technical error, the funds will be returned to your source payment instrument within three (3) to five (5) business days depending on the provider. If you believe a deposit has been debited from your payment source but not credited to your beejee wallet, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number for investigation.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
beejee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on the first deposit, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major T20 events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer and the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the specific bonus offer terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived funds remain in a restricted balance and cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus Eligibility
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
- Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to another player.
- beejee reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to specific game types. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) towards wagering requirements — this is disclosed in the individual bonus terms.
- beejee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account will not be retrospectively removed provided they are being used in compliance with the applicable bonus terms.
- If beejee determines that a player has exploited, manipulated, or abused any bonus offer, beejee reserves the right to void all bonus funds, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the player's account.
Transparency commitment: beejee presents all bonus terms — including wagering requirements, expiry dates, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits — at the point of offer acceptance. 06 Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming on the beejee Platform is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published in the relevant game or betting market interface.
Sports Betting
Pre-match and in-play betting markets are available for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports as listed on the Platform. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player unless beejee offers a specific cash-out feature on that market.
- Bets placed on events that have already commenced (when the system clock registers the bet as pre-match) may be voided at beejee's discretion.
- In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or suspended before the completion of the minimum qualifying play period, beejee reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets.
- Maximum stake limits per bet and per market are displayed within the betting interface. beejee reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout for any player or market at its sole discretion.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error (manifest error), beejee reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
Casino and Instant Games
All casino games on the beejee Platform — including slots, live casino tables, and instant games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot titles are disclosed within the individual game information panels.
Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface. Playing casino games using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial assistance is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
Technical Issues
In the event of a disconnection, system failure, or technical error during a game or betting session, beejee will endeavour to reconstruct the state of the game from server-side logs and resolve the session in the player's favour where the data supports it. However, beejee cannot be held liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the beejee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money, fund terrorist activities, or engage in any financial crime. beejee monitors transactions for suspicious activity and cooperates with law enforcement authorities as required.
- Identity Fraud: Registering under a false name, providing forged identification documents, or impersonating another individual.
- Multi-Accounting: Creating more than one account, whether to circumvent a self-exclusion, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other purpose.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional offers, or gain an unfair advantage in any game type.
- Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or pricing error on the Platform for financial gain. Winnings derived from exploiting known errors are void.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software to automate betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
- Unauthorised Account Access: Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation, or sharing your own credentials to allow a third party to use your account.
- Charge-backs: Initiating a charge-back, payment reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in bad faith after a transaction has been made to the Platform. beejee reserves the right to close an account and pursue recovery of funds where a fraudulent charge-back is identified.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): beejee maintains an AML policy in accordance with applicable financial regulations. Large or unusual transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence. beejee reserves the right to freeze an account and request supporting documentation for any transaction it deems suspicious, pending investigation.
08 Account Suspension and Closure
Closure by the Player
You may close your beejee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, beejee will process any outstanding verified withdrawals before closing the account. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, please indicate this in your message and our team will also guide you through the self-exclusion process before closure.
Suspension or Closure by beejee
beejee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
- Multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
- Provision of false or misleading registration information.
- A player being found to be under 18 years of age.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring beejee to restrict the account.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, beejee reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Winnings generated through fraudulent or prohibited activity are void and will not be paid out under any circumstances.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling can activate a self-exclusion through their Account Settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be used to deposit, play, or withdraw, and all marketing communications to that account are suspended. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, beejee's liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. beejee is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which beejee operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should contact [email protected] in the first instance. beejee will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.
